We are happy to say it is our privilege to welcome you to the 1961 issue of The Ranger Trail. As always our camp newspaper will serve as a reminder in years to come of all the fun we've had this season at Ranger. The stories on the color wars, the shows, and on the trips, and all the limericks will all help to bring back fond memories.

   We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of those counselors, campers, and office staff who contributed their time and energies in order to make this paper possible.

   To all of you campers we wish a happy and safe winter and hope to see you again next year.
